The webinar will highlight where to go to find national trends to allow for comparison with an individual setting.

This webinar has been designed to support Governors in their understanding and development of the role, and in formulating and shaping school strategy. The day will cover articulating strategy, tools for development, documents, planning and aligning with the Senior Team within the school as well as considering an international strategy. Consideration will be given to what the role of Governors should be in strategic planning and how to develop a genuine strategy which is grounded in reality.

You will be invited to put forward any questions or topics that you would like to discuss or find out more about. We will aim to address as many of these as we can through the meeting and help you build and strengthen your networks to make sure you have the support you need.
