AGBIS, ISBA and VWV will be running an in-person seminar for new and experienced clerks to enable best practice to be shared as well as networking opportunities.

Hear from Helen Perkins, who has been at Bradfield College for over 6 years and holds post as Clerk. She will be sharing her own experiences and advice, and will be on hand to answer your questions.

Sian Champkin and Laura Chesham of VWV will be providing an update on merger sector trends and will guide delegates through top tips for any school considering mergers or other strategic options. They will also cover a Charity Law update on recent legislative changes and guidance on governance considerations for Clerks.

John Murphie of ISBA will be sharing key information for clerks and the importance for continuous professional development, as well as taking part in a Q&A session with Virginia Parkes of AGBIS.
